Fairhome provides free, informational tools — price estimates, market data, calculators, and an AI analyst — built from publicly available Singapore property data. All of it works without an account.

We also run an optional introduction service: if you ask, we pass your contact details to a property agent registered with the Council for Estate Agencies. Agents pay us for those introductions. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what is shared and when. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Nothing on Fairhome is a formal valuation, an appraisal, financial advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Estimates, scores, odds, and calculator outputs are statistical or heuristic aids computed from historical public data, and can be wrong. Always verify independently — including with a licensed valuer, your bank, CPF Board, HDB, or IRAS — before committing to a transaction. You bear sole responsibility for decisions made using the site.

Fairhome ingests data published by the Housing & Development Board and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (via data.gov.sg and the URA Data Service), OneMap, and news publishers' public feeds. Public datasets can be delayed, amended, or contain errors, and our processing may introduce mistakes. We publish our measured estimate error on the methodology page, but make no warranty — express or implied — about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be discontinued at any time.

An account is optional and free. Sign-in is by one-time emailed link or Google; there is no password for you to manage or for us to lose. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Give us accurate information. The answers you provide about your plans are passed to an agent if you ask for an introduction, and a deliberately misleading enquiry wastes someone's time and money. We may suspend or remove accounts used to submit false enquiries.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@fairhomesg.com.

We introduce; we do not represent, employ, supervise, or act as agent for anyone. Any engagement you enter into with an agent is between you and them, on whatever terms you agree. Fairhome is not a party to it and takes no commission from your transaction.

What we check is that an agent's CEA registration is real and current. We do not vet their competence, conduct, or results, and an introduction is not a recommendation or endorsement. Satisfy yourself before engaging anyone — the CEA public register is open to you as well as to us.

We don't guarantee that any agent will contact you, or how quickly. You can cancel pending introductions and stop future ones at any time from your account.

These apply if you hold a Fairhome agent account, in addition to everything above.

• You must be a salesperson currently registered with the CEA, and the registration number on your account must be your own. Accounts are personal and not transferable.
• Credits buy access to a consumer's contact details for your own follow-up. You may not resell, syndicate, publish, or otherwise pass on any lead data you receive, or add it to a marketing list.
• Contact people only about the enquiry they made. You are independently responsible for complying with the PDPA, including its Do Not Call provisions, and with the CEA's practice guidelines.
• If someone asks you to stop contacting them, stop. We will remove agents from the network for complaints about contact after a request to stop, for misrepresenting an enquiry, or for misrepresenting Fairhome.
• Credits are prepaid and non-refundable once a lead is taken, since taking it releases the consumer's details. If a lead turns out to be materially misdescribed, tell us and we will credit it back. Unused credits are refundable on request if you close your account.
• We may change lead pricing, matching, or exclusivity. Changes apply to leads taken afterwards, never retroactively to ones you already paid for.

Don't abuse the service: no scraping at volumes that degrade it, no attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls, no using the AI analyst to attack the underlying systems, and no representing Fairhome outputs as official valuations. Content you submit (e.g. pasted listings) must be content you may lawfully share.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Fairhome and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss from property decisions, and including anything arising from your dealings with an agent introduced through the site — arising from use of the site or reliance on its outputs.

Site design, code, and original content are ours. Underlying government datasets remain subject to the Singapore Open Data Licence; map data © OneMap / Singapore Land Authority; news headlines link to and remain the property of their publishers.
