Privacy Policy

The short version

Fairhome has no accounts and no login, and we don't sell or share personal data with agents, advertisers, or anyone else. We collect the minimum needed to run the site.

What we collect

• Transaction alerts: if you subscribe, we store your email address and the block/town you asked to watch — used only to send those alerts. Unsubscribe any time via the link in each email, and we delete the record.
• Queries you type (addresses, chat questions, pasted listings): processed to answer the request. Chat and listing-analyzer text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the answer; we don't use it to build profiles of you.
• Standard server logs (IP, user-agent, pages requested) from our hosting provider (Vercel), kept for security and debugging.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking cookies, no data brokers.
• No selling, renting, or sharing of your contact details — Fairhome is not lead generation.
• No profiling: property data on the site is public transaction data about flats, not about people.

Third parties we rely on

Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), AI responses (Anthropic), email delivery for alerts (Resend), and map tiles (OneMap). Each receives only what is technically necessary to provide its function.

Your rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (practically: your alert subscription). Write to hello@fairhomesg.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
